    I had a very disappointing experience at Monday Hotels Amalapuram Heights. The service was extremely poor and did not meet even basic expectations. The linens provided were dirty and clearly not changed, which is completely unacceptable. The towels were in bad condition and did not seem fresh either. To make matters worse, no toiletries were provided at all. Housekeeping was especially disappointing — the overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below standard. It felt like there was little to no attention given to guest comfort or hygiene. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements in cleanliness and service quality.

    I have just reached 1:30 hr prior to my check in to hotel. I was asked to pay 1000 pre checkin charges and after asking they decreased to 500. Very very unprofessional behaviour from the staff. They are not guest friendly, they treat guests like as if we are staying for free. No bf available for indian nationals and was told that LPG issue later when i checked i could they are providing bf for foreign nationals. For the price we spend it is no where matching. They are just taking advantage of the small town
