This place offers excellent value for money being close to the airport and 15 min walk to Saki Naka metro station offering excellent connectivity. That being said there are two rooms that share an A/C so you can hear the other person in the room. And unfortunately he was browsing shorts on full volume all night. The room can feel a bit suffocating due to lack of natural ventilation and windows as well as the AC being turned on for only 1 hr every 6 hrs. But you can work on the tables in the hallway or common room. The only other drawback is that it is 4 floors with NO elevator which could be difficult if you have heavy luggage. The worker who carried the luggage DOWNSTAIRS, even though it was just a 5kg bag, rudely demanded ₹200. Good choice for solo travel with well cleaned bathrooms though the water was just lukewarm which I didn't mind.

The original room shown to me has no window. I was told there were no window rooms available. It looked like a tiny stuffy prison cell. I hesitated a lot and then eventually the reception guy said I could have the room by the counter which he was using to rest/pray. It had a window. The bedsheets were clean enough but I suspectes he had napped on it as there were small hairs on the pillow and the fabric smelled like it had been used a little. The rooms are extremely tiny, barely enough space to open up my suitcase. The rooms are separated with a shallow wall and there is a large gap at the top where two rooms share one air con so you can hear clearly the person in the next room, and if you stood on the drawer, you could even look into their room. The first night, there was a guy talking loudly on the phone in Hindhi for hours and would not shut up despite me knocking and telling him to keep it down. The rooms are very stuffy. Not enough storage space. It's on the corner of a couple of horrible streets where the noise is extremely loud and relentless. The bathrooms are super tiny and very stuffy. There is one sad communal room where I found a staff member sleeping in the middle of the day. I would only recommend this place in an emergency for 1-2 nights, as the accommodation in Mumbai are mostly poor quality anyway.
