    I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly courteous, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is absolutely perfect—conveniently situated near the railway station, making it extremely easy to reach and ideal for travelers. The surroundings are lively yet peaceful, with everything you might need close by. What stood out the most was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the entire stay feel even more comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service, a central location, and top-notch cleanliness And the reception attendant Mr Rohit took care of everything with ease.     We stayed at this hotel with our family, and the experience was very disappointing. • The bed sheets and pillows were dirty, showing a complete lack of cleanliness. • The toilet and bathroom were in very poor condition and unhygienic. • There were no proper facilities available, despite what was claimed. • This hotel is not suitable for families at all, especially with children. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Management seriously needs to improve cleanliness and basic amenities.
