    AVOID THIS HOTEL,Unless you are coming in a group to fight all odds. This is my third visit to this hotel over a span of 3 years and each time it has detoriated it’s services to the point that does not justify the price. with price per night close to 3K for a double occupancy here the list if odds: 1) filthy room and linens. The stinking smell inside room felt like I am in a 500 rupees shady hotel to catch a flight at pahargunj, new delhi. Strong sweat odour in bed, pillows etc. No blanket but Piku’s Inn ironically calls it executive room. 2) Small but annoying issues at room such as bathroom door does not close.room refrigerator does not work. Tv remote to indulge your mood. 3) Now the funny ones. At close to 3k per night with double occupancy you don’t get a complimentary mineral water. No complementary toothpaste or toothbrush . Electric Kettle is there with two tea bags and two milk pouch per day with a pouch of spoiler sugar. I have stayed in rooms as low as 1500 rupees which treats you better than piku’s inn in this department. 4) I think Piku’s Inn appointmented failed chartered accounts at reception who told if extra tea bag is given guests misuse it. This is ridiculous “guests miss using extra tea bags” . Reception is controlled by three attack dogs with the old owner (or whatever) . Totally unacceptable . Here is what I really think for piku’s inn’s detoriated service. Lack of business resulting in low profit. At close to 3k INR per night room , no complementary breakfast ( agoda misguded info was : 200 INR extra per person for complementary breakfast). To cover the loss of profit piku’s inn sees each guest as golden opportunity. less complemtary tea bags sounds cheap but reason is simple: create a dependency of in house restaurant. A *** INR hotel in digha offers complementary breakfast by my research around same area. Dear Piku’s Inn, all these cringe policies to guests wont bring profit back unleas you give the right service for the right price and ofcourse by keeping your humblness
