    We checked in 8th August in Heritage room number 4. Once inside the room we couldn't tolerate the bad odour coming out of the bathroom. Immediately raised it to the manager and moved to room number 3. The bathroom there was no good and had the same bad odour with sticky bathroom floor. They gave us a room freshner and said that the odour will go off in 30 mins which didn't. We stayed their for 2 days with repeated usuage of room freshners all over the room. Then on 3rd day they offered us to give a new room after us telling them themat we are going to give bad rating to the hotel. This time the room number 1 was given and it was good with no such issues. Also the other disappointing experience was the food that they offered for such a high price which was terrible in quality. The morning buffet was better in quality but the dine in orders were really bad!! Please look into these and fix the bathrooms. We paid more 20K for the 3 night stay that we did which was not worth the money at all.

    Food is average The stay was comfortable but not worth the high cost We stayed in heritage room , worth 14 k , for one night, with that price range, we got a room , attached to another heritage room , with thin walls with no privacy , Not suggested for couples .
