The property is good looking from the outside but it is not maintained from the inside. The bedsheets and blankets were not so clean, the hot water was not coming. Also we spotted multiple big spiders in the washroom and room.
Care taker was also not good, sometimes rude, no proper service - we asked for water and he left for almost half an hour and went behind the property instead of helping on essentials. The property location is slightly off the road and there was no board there to locate the property. As per G-maps we had arrived but we were not seeing any property with this name.
In summar not a good experience, we preferred the purple munnar for next day in munnar

It has only four rooms in total, in a secluded location. Some of the expected things like food (breakfast/ dinner) and camp fire are missing. It may not work for family with elders/ kids.
