    The resort is located in a nice location, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Cleanliness was very poor, and the room had multiple issues. We stayed in room 1007, where the TV was not working and the hot water/cold water tap was also not functioning properly. There were no additional facilities available, which made the stay uncomfortable. Despite being a chilled area, they did not provide an electric kettle; instead, they gave one flask, which did not work properly. The only positive aspect of this resort was the restaurant.

    This hotel is a total waste of money. The staff here is least concerned about guests. There were no towels in the room. No tea/coffee making kit. No kettle. Wet mats. No packaged drinking water. Even a one/two star hotel provide these basic facilities and Joys call itself a 3/4 star hotel. Its not even a one star hotel. You have to call Reception several times for very small small things and at last you yourself have to go to reception to get it done. Rooms lack proper cleaning, the sofas are stained, dining table has oil marks, dressing table has hair of earlier guests, the bathrooms are not clean, rooms have seepage walls, their telephones dont work. An Accounts Assistant is doing the work of room server. This hotel is not even worth 1000 rupee a night and here they are charging 5000+ for one night for shit services and rooms. The food is below average. In the breakfast buffet they have very less options and the service is exceedingly slow. Our stay here was a total disaster here at this property. Except Mr. Lenin no one here cares about the guests. And the biggest fraud they play is by showing swimming pool on Google. They don't have any pool. The pool in pictures belong to other property.
