I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
The locking mechanism and overall security system did not feel reliable, which made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness was also a major issue—rooms and especially the toilet were not properly cleaned.
Even after informing the staff about these problems, there was no action taken. The staff was neither helpful nor cooperative. Basic amenities like the TV and AC were not working properly, and even for something simple like the WiFi password, no proper guidance was given.
Overall, the service quality was poor and did not meet expectations. Would not recommend. So, Very Poor Service and Unhygienic Conditions
