    I stayed in room 208 room was good toilet sparkling clean... balcony washing messed up with birds thrash es did not cleaned, couldn't open the door of bad oudur, main door latch has damaged and not fixed,huge gap under the entrance door seems like old lodge entrance... Female receptionist rude attitude for my request of extra 1 hr grace time for check out..no dental kit provided... I used my own... couch to be wiped clean more spots patches ...i should try another room on my next visit... Apart from this comfort bedding for sleeping, good hot water peace staying.

    Poor mattress that can cause back pain for some people. linens are quite old. The common area got a coffee machine with milk kept in room temperature. No Microwave oven to reheat any food where as each room got plates and spoons. Parking limited. The extra bedding of 1000 per night is quite expensive often 50% of the room rent. The bad odor at outdoors as the BMPC garbage tucks are parked opposite to main entrance and those bad smell often intolerable.
