    I booked this hotel looking at the images of the room they posted in Agoda. When I book this hotel, the hotel room image displayed was nice. But actually they gave me some other room which is just a room and no more than that. I reached this hotel early in the morning around 8:30 am and the check in time we 12:00. I requested and early check in, but they asked me 500 rupees extra which is nearly half of the price I paid while booking the hotel. I requested them to charge 100 rupees per hour but they denied. So I have to leave and come back at 12:00. When came back at 12:00 for check in, they were searching for my booking details and told me they couldn't find one. I showed them the booking confirmation and the payment completion in the agora app, but still they were not happy with my booking details. After 30 mins, they allowed me to check in. The room has got no mirrors, cupboards were like rubbish and full of dust, no hangers for clothes. The windows are not secured and anyone can jump in even you lock the room. There are no chairs, no floor carpets. Towels and bed sheets were provided on request. No toiletries provided. The water looks like rusty colour and tastes salty. Somehow I managed to stay as it is for one day and kept watching their activities so that I can input them for the ones which will help them before booking this hotel. There is a good vegeterian restaurant nearby which is a good thing. One good thing I found in the room is the TV, which is surprisingly working 😂😂. When I was sleeping, they receptionist knocked the door once again and asked for the booking ID again to verify 😂😂😂... How will you feel....😂🤣😂🤣 Just think twice before booking this hotel. They will enquire you like a culprit if they couldn't find your booking ID...
