    The welcoming was very rude, with a very attitudinal behaviour. The room was not clean at all, and the restroom was very unhygienic. The water smelled like sewage water. There was no proper lighting in the restroom, so at night we had to use our own mobile phone torch. The door was not opening and closing properly. The lift was not working up to the 2nd floor. They mentioned complimentary breakfast, but when we asked at the hotel, they said they were not serving breakfast. We asked for a spoon to mix our tea, but they didn’t even have a single spoon available. One fan was not working, the spotlight was not working, the TV was not working, and the telephone was not working. I have never stayed in such a bad room in my entire life. This is the first and last time I will stay at Upar Resort.
