    We stayed at this hotel as a family about two weeks ago and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room and common areas were not clean and poorly maintained. Basic hygiene standards were not met, which made our stay uncomfortable. We chose this hotel mainly because of the attractive offer price on Agoda, but in hindsight, that was a wrong decision. The reception staff were uncooperative and unprofessional. To our surprise, we were asked to pay an additional INR 500 just to switch on the air conditioner, stating that AC usage was not included in our booking. This was neither clearly informed during booking nor acceptable for a family stay, especially considering the room condition. Overall, the experience felt more like money-oriented service rather than customer-focused hospitality. We regret booking this hotel and will not repeat the same mistake again. I would not recommend this property to families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness and transparency. This property may be suitable only for unmarried couples seeking a short, temporary stay, but it is not appropriate for families or longer stays.

    Even bedsheets, towels are so old. You can't use them. Room is not as shown in pic. It is simple with large bed. Only positive is they are keeping clean can drinking water in a common area. you can collect as much as you want. No soap, no bathing items are provided. It is just 5 minutes from Erode railway station.
