    No parking inside the property,vehicle needs to be parked road side.Less water flow in all taps.Prime location.

    Located centrally in Chennai, the hotel was more of a service flat than a hotel. It was easy to get to anywhere within a few minutes. The room was clean and spacious. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable. They have a washing machine, and an entire furnished kitchen with stove and utensils. But if you are a tea drinker, bring your own tea since they only had coffee available. My main gripe was that there was nobody around whom I could contact for days on end when I had a question. They never responded to my questions on Agoda until the actual day I was to arrive there. The lady in charge was very nice and allowed me to stay a few hours longer, but she was not available all the time to answer questions. The security guard does know a few things, though. But perhaps, a detailed pamphlet of where to find things would be very useful. Also, do pick up the phone when customers call! The pros outweigh the cons by far, though. For the price, it's really excellent value for money.

    We stayed for 2 days and it was lovely. The place is spacious ,very clean and also at a central location. Would highly recommend
