    The hotel was below par for the following reasons: 1. Although we were told that there was hot water available, it was not for both the days of our stay. Apparently, there was some issue with the hot water pipe. But we were not notified of that either. We came to know only when we inquired. Moreover, there was no intent to make any alternate arrangements. 2. There were 3 instances of power cut right in the middle of the night. Although, the hotel had a generator, the staff waited for longer than 10 minutes each time before turning the generator on. 3. There was no tea / coffee available in the room. 4. The staff gave us an offer to cancel the booking with Agoda and book directly for lower price. Obviously, we declined. Overall, pretty poor experience

    We reached at 6 am , still we got the early checkin, grateful for that. All in all good stay

    Overall good but you wont get hot water 24hrs, its solar if its heat outside then only hot water will come
