You can send the following email to Agoda Customer Care: Dear Agoda Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay booked through Agoda. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations. The property interiors were extremely shabby and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant first impression. The washrooms were not maintained properly and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Despite having a confirmed booking and reconfirming the reservation in advance, my family and I were made to wait for approximately 15 minutes before being allotted our room. This was particularly frustrating as we had just completed a 10-hour drive and were travelling with two young children. The food quality was equally disappointing. We ordered a vegetarian thali, and the meal was of very poor quality: * The paneer was extremely hard and seemed stale. * The dal was excessively salty. * The rotis were unusually thick and difficult to eat. Unfortunately, I was unable to take photographs of the food; however, the quality was significantly below acceptable standards. Given the condition of the property, the poor maintenance, the delay during check-in despite a confirmed booking, and the substandard food quality, I feel that the stay did not provide the value or service promised at the time of booking. I request Agoda to investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution. I would also appreciate feedback on the actions being taken to address these concerns and prevent similar experiences for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
