    My stay at MYSPACE was unfortunately not a good experience, and I feel the 7.9 rating shown on the app does not reflect the actual standard of the accommodation. As mentioned in the listing, several amenities were expected to be available, but they were not provided during our stay. Initially, we were not accommodated in the advertised property and were instead placed in a different house. The washroom there was not maintained properly, the water supply was very poor, and the overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The mattresses were very old and uncomfortable, and the bed linen did not appear to be properly washed. The room also did not have basic furniture such as a table, dressing table, or chair. Another major concern was the overall environment in the house. I noticed unfamiliar people sleeping in different parts of the house, which made us feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy and security. In the morning, I also noticed unwashed plates left aside from the previous night's dinner, which further reflected the poor level of cleanliness and housekeeping. Considering all these issues, I would rate my experience only **3 out of 10**. I believe the 7.9 rating displayed on the app is considerably higher than what the actual experience justified. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, privacy, and overall guest experience for future visitors.

    It is a quite place with a beautifull view. What you are taking is slightly confusing as there are 3 different properties they have. But the service was wonderful. Jennifer makes incredible chutneys. Dosa. And idli were wanderful and fresh. Breakfast tomato chutneys was another hit . Thank you for the great experience. The room we took was the cheapest one , but yet it was quite comfortable. The only lacking thing was the door doubles as a window. Otherwise it was value for money. The location is absolutely fabulous and walking around the place within the tea gardens is remedial.

    Over all good ,but need improvement in tea ,cofee supply and they have to change the bedsheet after every stay. At least they should provide good tea on demand
