The staff were good however the hotel needs a serious amount of attention. Worst ever in cleanliness that we have experienced in our several years of traveling for work or holidays. Towels, bedsheets, quilts everything single thing was dirty. None of the whites were whites. Curtains dirty as well. Staff seemed helpless as they were out of stock for anything clean. The ‘Hill View’ side overlooks the side that has garbage. No efforts in keep the surroundings clean. They call themselves luxury but in reality even lack the basic cleanliness.
