Agoda showing complimentary breakfast
We got breakfast at morning and after he came with a bill for the breakfast and tell me they don’t provide complimentary breakfast
Then why showing on agoda? And also room TV is not working properly

Stayed at Heaven Hills during our Ooty trip. The property itself is decent but the location is a major concern, especially for couples, families with kids. The road to reach the stay is very isolated, uncomfortable and honestly quite scary at night. There were hardly any people around very limited safety feeling, and it is far from Ooty town (around 30 km), making travel tiring.
I would not recommend this place for families or anyone traveling with children. It may suit bachelors or groups looking for a remote stay but even then the pricing should ideally not exceed around ₹3000 per night including breakfast considering the accessibility and location challenges.
And it’s not a hotel neither a resort but a homestay that managed by just two gents. Please plan carefully before booking here.

Amazing view from the rooms, budget stay. Basic necessities like milk powder etc are not available. Food was a major issue as nthn was available when we went. Far away from.city, so check once and plan before going.
