    with a beautiful river view except the fact that the cleanliness of the bathroom and washbase ,its all value for money

    The view from the resort is mind blowing, the only thing which made our stay pleasant for 4 days. But while coming to other things like cleaning bathroom condition was horrible, it was smelling very bad when ever we would close the room and go and come back later, entering the room was very difficult due to smell, flush wasn't working properly, shower condition was also not good and wash basin tap was just there as a show piece. And coming to staff they were of no good use. No help when needed. No services as well. Not even a basic water bottle was available. Nothing is maintained neither the rooms nor the electrical appliances. Fan and AC weren't working. Just because the view from our room was good we had to ignore everything.
