    I had one of the worst experiences ever at this hotel. I booked the room through Agoda, and it clearly mentioned that unmarried couples are allowed. But when we reached the property, the staff completely denied our check-in and behaved in a very rude and disrespectful way. I had booked a Deluxe Room, but they gave us a Standard Room instead without any explanation. The staff’s attitude was extremely judgmental — they were looking at us as if we had done something wrong. It was humiliating and unacceptable. This hotel completely ruined our stay and made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would do that without a second thought. Totally disappointed and disgusted with their behaviour.
