    I had a wonderful stay here and was genuinely impressed by the hospitality. The staff is polite, courteous, and always ready to help, making the experience very comfortable. One thoughtful touch was the availability of cold drinking water in this summer heat, both at the entrance and in the rooms. The room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. I would rate this place 5/5 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Meerut. It's definitely a great choice for a comfortable stay.

    Almost everything was good, the food was tasty, the cleanliness was good.The behaviour of the staff was also good.Yes,But there should be a basic soap or soap dispenser in the bathroom to wash hands that is one thing which I feel they can improve.

    Very old hotel I just booked online and paid unknowingly the conditions at hotel metro regency merrut, staff including manager is non cooperative and even charges me breakfast charges after 2 days stay once confirming about breakfast is complimentary with your stay how ridiculous Not recommended to anyone solo or family no no big no to this hotel 2 days stay was night mare no cleanliness in washrooms Ac is pathetic, dinner facility is pathetic Very very bad experience
