    The room concept is good, and the interiors are nicely done, but it is definitely not worth the price. For what we paid, we expected a much better experience, especially from a 4-star hotel. There were several issues during our stay. Firstly, we found two cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable at this price point. On closer inspection, the corners were dirty, with cobwebs and even spiders present. The swimming pool was also not maintained properly—it had visible hair strands and even a yellow layer in the water. Additionally, the tank was too small in height, making it impractical for proper use. In the washroom, the geyser was not working efficiently, and the tap was difficult to operate, adding to the inconvenience. What was most disappointing was the staff’s response. When we reported the cockroach issue, the receptionist was least concerned and casually said, “it’s just two.” He mentioned informing the manager, but no one ever followed up. Another executive who contacted us regarding their new restaurant was also informed about these issues, but he never responded with any solution. Not even a basic apology was offered. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional attitude from the staff made the experience disappointing. I would not recommend staying here—please don’t waste your money.

    Overall it’s a good property too stay wait perfect location i would rate it 4/5 I only faced issues with the water supply not often and with the mini fridge which was not working anyways the staff helped me to keep my drinks in their restaurant fridge but should have replaced the fridge since my say was for 6 days nd sometimes faced problem with the water supply over all i had a pleasant stay
