    1. The voucher I signed during check-in said, 2 pints of beer complimentary and 20% discount on F&B. No beer or alternative was offered. 2. The room ac was installed when the property was made and never changed. The temperature inside the room through the night was 29 degrees. 3. On check-in, the Front Desk specifically mentioned the place where the meals will be served and the timing for the buffet. On being asked, she said the occupancy is 30 rooms out of 44. She wrote the timing for the buffet at 7.30 pm when we checked-in and 45 minutes laters my kids went to the only restaurant they have and they were told there is no buffet. They must order starters if they wish to from the Ala carte menu which they did and then the hotel asked us to sign it to be added to our bill over and above the meals that we have paid for already. 4. They were told, due to lpg shortage, there is nothing non vegetarian available for starters and they must choose from a copy of a menu that was probably printed 1 month ago from a printer that went out of ink. Log shortage lead to shortage of chicken from the menu is a news. However on being asked during the breakfast, sausages of substandard quality were presented. 5. Since I have a travel background and I travel frequently, I told a boy named Krish who came up when I asked for the F&B Manager. He was like an experienced liar. 6. Then came the most interesting part this afternoon when we turned up for lunch. A menu was offered with no starters again. On being asked for the GM, a gentleman turned in saying I am the F&B Manager who I had not seen in this small property for over 15 hours now. He spoke as we were at his mercy. He came to the table, and said "you have a problem about starters, I will include your starters". As if we are here on his mercy. Then I had to put him in his place unfortunately which I did not like but he was arrogant and does not deserve to be in any department in hospitality. Not even security. He came and lied again and with so much confidence. 7. The rice served last night was microwaved and not freshly prepared and that was corrected this afternoon. 8. However balatant lies in written at check-in confirming place and timing for buffet and then there is no buffet is like cheating. I have known Lemon Tree from the day it started. Have done business with them but this was the cheapest experience so far. You may do some face saving by writing a good response but while guests were waiting for their meal, the whole team were enjoying their meal as if they are the guests and everybody else came to a museum to see them eat. How can the chef and a team of almost 8 people be eating without being bothered about their guests being served. Isnt the chef to ensure people go back stomach happy ? The chef here and the F&B Manager are not the kinds you deserve. And I have been asking for the GM and there is no news still. I will ensure that I send a detailed email to their sales team also because they are the ones trying to build the brand while the ones here seem to be enjoying at the behest of screwing the effort people make to get business when everybody miss struggling.

    Swimming pool was dirtiest, hasn't been cleaned for months at peak season time. Room towels were too dirty, food not at good. Not at recommend. They charge very high but services are very poor
