The stay was very pleasant in a peaceful atmosphere. The food was very good and great spread, special mention to their kebabs. The negative side is the comfort level of their bed is not to the level of expectation for such a property. Also the tiling needs upgradation and ac was spewing out ice when switched off telling that she needs maintenance

I stayed here with my senior citizen parents, my 2-year-old baby, my husband, and myself, and unfortunately, the experience was far from welcoming or comfortable. 1. From the very beginning, everything required constant follow-ups. A crib was not placed in our room upon arrival. Despite confirming in advance, even basic requests like warm milk for the baby in the morning were met with hesitation. Had this been clearly communicated earlier, we would not have proceeded with the booking. 2. The food was extremely disappointing, especially the dinner buffet. It was tasteless and below even average standards—something you’d expect from a roadside eatery rather than a resort. 3. Basic requests like reheating food for the baby were not accommodated. It’s surprising and unacceptable that a resort cannot handle such a simple need. 4. The property itself offered very little beyond the rooms. Most facilities were either under renovation or poorly maintained. Even a standard apartment complex would have better amenities. 5. The final issue was quite concerning. On the last day, both the phone line and Wi-Fi stopped working in an area with no mobile network. Our room was located uphill, and being alone with a baby without any way to contact reception or call for a buggy was stressful and unsafe. There seemed to be no system in place to monitor or assist guests in such situations. 6. Despite all these issues, the management was least bothered. There was no effort to acknowledge the inconvenience, offer any compensation, or take accountability for what felt like false promises at the time of booking. Instead, the focus was simply on ensuring we checked out on time. Overall, paying around 90k for two rooms felt like a complete waste. This stay did not meet even basic expectations of hospitality.

We reluctantly paid the additional ₹1,300 to avoid further inconvenience. Furthermore, the room itself was in a poor state of repair, with a foul stench emanating from it. The air conditioner was also broken, adding to our discomfort. Given the subpar experience and the exorbitant charges, I believe it is important to highlight the following for future guests: Unreasonable Charges: Be prepared to pay additional fees for unexpected incidents, even if they are not your fault. Room Conditions: Inspect the room thoroughly upon arrival, as there may be maintenance issues. Essential Amenities: Remember to bring your own toiletries, as they are only provided on a chargeable basis, a fact that was not clearly communicated.
