    The hotel was Great however there isn't traveler amenities. You don't have the convenience of restaurants and shopping. However there is a great grocery store about a block away.

    We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and the hotel kindly arranged a lovely honeymoon setup at no extra charge. The thoughtful welcome card from the management was a wonderful touch. Truly great hospitality!

    I was pleasantly surprised at how modern this hotel is, everything is nice and clean, spacious room, staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would recommend!

    We arrived around 8.40pm and told standard room was not available and will be placed in a classic room. The bathroom was tiny and shower quite dangerous as sliding glass doors but if you was moving whilst showering you could have an accident of which I almost did and my companion. We both have a disability as well not good at all. Furthermore, we asked when the last orders for restaurant was and told 9.30pm. We both rushed to restaurant and then told closed by the people on reception who checked us in. He then responded to say 8th floor open snack bar. Most dissatisfied as was looking forward to having a nice dinner & dressed up for the occasion too. We paid good money to have a nice hotel on our last night and have much regret now. Also, the air-conditioning was not working in our room tried with window closed and was so hot. 🥵 my companion was not feeling very well at all sickness and when I closed to reception the man was very uprupt saying he will put it on from reception but still not working and when I called back said it is on and nothing he can do 4am in morning. Great customer service I may say. For a so called 5 star hotel you would expect much better service.
