Cubix Hotel

The reception staff is slightly better but they don't follow up on requests. We were waiting for hours for an extra bed and the other staff aren't trained in hospitality. Would be much better with trained staff.

We stayed for 2 nights and had booked Standard room at Cubix. Property is spread over a huge space, however from a services perspective we had a nightmare. They checked us into an Executive room 210, which had broken flooring and the washroom tap had an inconsistent flow of water, the reception staff themselves told on Day 2 that they dont give this room to guests, UNSURE WHY THEY GAVE TO US??.. On Day 2 after returning from outside they changed our room to 205 Std room- faulty AC unit switch, fridge & kettle not working, we asked for change of room as had to store insulin and baby medicines in fridge, got 303, here - leg of the bed was broken and bed LED was not working, shifted again to 302. It was night 10:30 and a good fight with hotel staff, getting nothing except apologies. We just thought to watch TV order room service and just sleep off after all that we went through.. Alas!.. In this room TV was not working, issue with night lamp, no LED light and shaving mirror was missing. Tired and extremely irritated, forcibly asked hotel staff to compensate, to save their face obliged with a modest dinner. The hotel's restaurant is out of building, in rainy season guests hv to manage themselves for the buffet breakfast, they wont even offer a courtesy umbrella or help. At the breakfast its a different story.. toasts with no butter/jam/salt pepper.. u have to ask everyday.. milkshake - if they see anyone taking a 2nd glass, they will take it away.. enough of typing here.. ufff

Booking this hotel was the worst decision of my trip , i am surprised that agoda had listed this hotel on the platform and promote it as premium hotel .... - Terrible hotel , - It has old and dingy hallway. - Rooms are also very old with broken furniture in it. - Breakfast being served in room as a combo / total misleading than a Breakfast buffet + cold - A continue smell of cigarettes in the hotel, whether you are in room , or hallway, or at reception , or in lift . Because their staff themselves smoke continously... - Terrible staff with no experience of hotel management whatsoever... - Ask them for extra towel and they keep replying that already provided you 2 towels in room / even after explaining that you are planning to take head bath and you need am extra towel they keep refusing - Cleaning crew is like just doing acting to clean the room , they will just clean your bed and leave rest of the room like that only , no sweeping , no mopping nothing - I stayed at this property 3 nights and regretted my decision of booking this every second 😶🤦‍♂️ I was so fed up - that i would leave my booking in between and book some other property nearby but everything else was already booked.... making it only reason i stayed 3 night in this property... All in all i feel i have wasted my money on this property , dont get carried away by seeing it as 4 star property rating
