    Location is near railway station Room space is not enough as per shown. Due care was not taken for bedsheets and towels provided before allotting room. They were torn. Restaurant facility not available hence no coffee or tea also available.

    I had a couple of problems during my visit. I booked a AC room, but the room allocated for me had AC that is not in working condition. But the staff was kind enough to give me a different room. However, I have to reshift all my belongings to the new room after arranging all my belongings in my first room. Drinking water that they offer for complimentary is unclean. They show a water dispenser in a corner to get water from, which is unclean, opened lid, which has lizards and mosquitoes nearby. They could maintain a proper water dispenser, but they also offer paid water bottle. While that is okay, it is their duty to provide a clean water to all guests, which is a very basic expectaiton. Except water dispenser, their cleanliness and staff behaviour is overall 5 star

    The place does position itself as a 3 star hotel on agoda but in reality it's a lodge. The location isn't that great but has advantage of being close to the railway station. The rooms aren't that clean as i found stains on table and chair and little stain on walls. The linen doesn't seem to be washed properly. If you are in for a short time like just for sleeping, then it's fine else not!
