    I had booked it for my anniversary, and my experience was really good. I really liked it — the best part was the staff. They were very polite, well-mannered, and behaved really nicely overall best

    We had called the hotel and we were told they are sold out and asked us to pay outside the site with 3 thousand rupees extra than that shown on the site . Once I asked them that I have booking from the site I was told this booking will be cancelled and that they will deny our stay. However we booked from the site and reached the hotel and as usual there were several rooms empty and we were given rooms immediately and once u entered room the AC doesn’t have remote and is on full blast , land phone doesn’t have connection, water kettle doesn’t work, charging points don’t work and to report this these problems there are NOBODY at site . To help or to fix the problem, even at night there is no way we can contact anybody because there is nobody at the reception and no one to be seen around the property. Which makes it very unsafe and uncomfortable for two ladies or families. Even when we reached the hotel there was NOBODY for 20 mins at the reception and later someone came and gave us the room keys immediately because clearly they lied to us that they are sold out and wanted us to book directly with more money. And then before we left or checked out the next day they come to our room to inform us that the key should be hanging outside just so that we don’t forget it inside but this information should have been told to us way in advance of our check in and room tour or help should have been provided on time . The property no doubt is very pretty and maintained well on the outside but rooms and amenities that they promise are all broken and do not work. Most important there is NO WI-FI at the property and they don’t tell you on time before checking in and the intercom is never working and no body is at the reception to help or pick that call . So be carefull and extremely highly priced for these kind of amenities
