    I booked 2 rooms for 1 night since our flight was delayed we teached the hotel at 11pm - the guard was sleeping and did not help us to carry the luggage and worse the hotel didnt have proper staircase to carry the luggage - the receptionist was too sleepy to answer any enquiries - was slow and clueless and answered he couldnt understand our tamil ( i am a tamilian ) the tv remote was not provided - rooms had mosquitoes and we had request a few times for the repellent . Bathroom tiles and flooring was so bad - room was not swept as well . Overall very disaapointing and dnt get fooled bu the “ newly renovated” in Agoda.
