    Requires improvement. Reception desk is always vacant.

    It wasn’t a great experience due to cleanliness issue and suffocation. To open the window you have to go to the reception and anyways, there were no nets on them, so mosquitoes could easily enter. They didn’t put a towel or a bedsheet to cover the body.

    Overall it's was memorable experience.Tue location is absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions.just few steps to uchipillayar entrance.The hotel was impeccaby clean, and the attention to maintaining hygiene was commendable. The service stood out as exceptional.every staff members interacted with,was courteous, professional, and always willing to help.special thanks to MR JAYAKUMAR (photo attached). person incharge for his quick and compassionate assistance support during my stay. I would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, cleanliness and outstanding service. Thank you to the team for making my stay comfortable and stress-free

    This room was around 1700 rupees (so around $20 US dollars). It was a small double sized bedroom with mould on the wall above the AC, stains on the sheets and a bathroom that didn't seem that great. I was not given a towel, which really didn't matter as I had no intention of using the bathroom anyway. Staying at Cholas Castle Inn inspired me to leave Tamil Nadu and go to Kerala, which has been so much better. This was very over priced for a sub standard room.
