    The location and surroundings of the resort are absolutely scenic, but unfortunately our overall experience was very disappointing. Right from check-in, there was no warm welcome, and the room was quite disappointing with an old and poorly maintained setup. Whenever we requested food or other services, the staff repeatedly focused on explaining what would be charged rather than being helpful. During heavy rain, we were inside the restaurant and simply requested an umbrella to get back to our room. Instead of helping or guiding us, we were bluntly told that there were no umbrellas. The staff were generally not very polite or welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, with very limited variety. Overall, the location is beautiful, but the hospitality, room quality, service attitude and food experience need significant improvement. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the expectations created by such a beautiful property.

    We stayed in the property during the weekend with my 10 yes old daughter, property is clean and food taste is awesome.

    Had a wonderful stay at the resort. Had all the amenities one needs at the resort. There was a big covered playground for the kids to play, the restaurant had good food all throught with in room dining as well, and the views were all green. Rainy season with the greenery visible all around the property with beautiful mist covered mountain views was really nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurant staff Rohit attended to us for food need was very courteous and helpful. Other staff as well and at reception were all warm and welcoming. Hebbe falls was closer to the resort to visit. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting this area. Cheers

    I booked their premiums room for peaceful weekend at the resort, but their room had full of damping smell which is bad for health, I couldn't stay with my pregnant wife in such a strong smell harmful for her. They took a lot of time to come up to a resolution which was to make us stay 1 day in a family room(just a big room with 2 double beds) and then into a different. I thought of cancelling the booking and staying at some other resort, but it would have been a hassle and uncomfortable for my wife. So accepted their solution as we didn't had any option. Thought of spending a relaxed weekend in premium room but the stay was completely spoiled. Bad Cleanliness - Found a dead lizard on the room floor when we shifted to it on 2nd day. Bad Facilities - Pool floor is broken and can cause cuts and injury.
