El apartamento muy chulo ! Limpio se ve el atardecer desde la terraza y aunque no esté en el centro hay restaurantes y centro comercial en los alrededores. Y la plaza de garaje excelente

Me gustó el trato personal e inmediato, la limpieza excepcional, toda la equipación del piso, su gran terraza y su situación. Alfonso nos recibió y estuvo atento por si necesitábamos algo con un trato exquisito. El piso estaba perfecto, como en las fotos y excepcionalmente limpio, bien equipado. Hay una obra en el edificio contiguo pero no es ruidosa, no molesta. Con respecto a la situación, para mí estupenda, al río andando son 30 minutos y puedes recorrer toda la zona turística andando. Además hay cerca dos supermercados y un centro comercial. El parking a unos metros del edificio donde se encuentra el piso, amplio y cómodo.

Top-floor apartment. Accessible by two elevators. Parking garage with two spaces just around the corner (not beneath the building). Large roof terrace on both sides of the apartment, offering great views of the city and the sea. The apartment is clean. For a 14-day stay, the apartment was cleaned twice in between, whereby you were allowed to indicate in advance when (although there was a misunderstanding about the agreed day). Excellent rainfall shower in the bathroom. The double beds are quite small for two adults, but they are comfortable. Good air conditioning - essential, as it can get hot in Porto during the summer months. WiFi connection is excellent. Good under-counter fridge for cold drinks. Krups coffee maker. A washing machine and drying rack are provided for laundry. Continente supermarket is within a 5-minute walk for groceries. Mercado Bom Sucesso is also located nearby and offers delicious food and drinks. The market is open all day. Boavista is a very pleasant neighborhood to stay in. Using Bolt taxis makes it cheap and easy to get anywhere in Porto and the surrounding area. Lovely beach in Matosinhos. We really enjoyed our stay and Porto in general.

Construction work is underway on the adjacent building that is currently being renovated. In addition, drilling is taking place elsewhere in the building. And yes, they start early. Though the noise isn't overwhelming, it's still an unusual sight to see a crane occasionally moving back and forth over the roof terrace while sunbathing on the loungers. However, it's fair to say that construction work is taking place all over Porto. What can you say - that’s just part of an evolving city, isn't it?
