Piccolo appartamentino funzionale e in ottima posizione per muoversi a Rovigno. Presente macchina del caffè con capsule, frigo, bagno con doccia grande, tv con Netflix, fili per stendere vestiti e/o asciugamani. Molto importante il parcheggio gratuito all'esterno o nelle immediate vicinanze, considerate che a Rovigno centro non si può circolare in auto e i parcheggi a ridosso della zona pedonale non sono proprio economici (da considerare anche l'affluenza in alta stagione). 20 minuti a piedi per arrivare in centro, circa 5 in più per 2 spiagge (Mulini beach, Spiaggia Balota), supermercato, farmacia, macelleria e bar sotto casa. L'host Paola gentile, disponibile e discreta, comunicazione ottima via WhatsApp, checkin e checkout in autonomia.

Room Levi is located right on the outskirts of Rovinj old town. We chose this location because of the price, the free parking, and the ease of getting in and out of the city. It is a small, clean room, but sufficient for our 1-night stay. Paola, the host, gave clear instructions on how to retrieve the keys from the lockbox, and provided suggestions on where to have dinner. We walked to old town after dinner on a weeknight after dinner, and it was pretty much dead in early April, which was great for picture-taking!

It rained a lot that day when we arrived, and the Rovinj sewers were probably struggling with the amount of water-flow, as explained by Paola. The shower in the bathroom had a slight sewage smell, which was beyond her control. Thankfully the smell went away later that evening when the rain stopped.

The host is helpful and patient. The apartment is clean and cozy, with free parking. Walkable to downtown.There're supermarkets ,pharmacy ,and restaurants nearby
