Großzügiges Apartment, dass für und mit zwei Kindern sehe gut war. Es ist in der Nähe der Metro, sodass man alles in Rom problemlos erreichen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass Alessio bei allem unterstützt hat. Selbst die Koffer wurden uns hochgetragen. Zwei Supermärkte sind quasi direkt vor der Tür.

Der Lift war noch nicht fertiggestellt, sodass wir immer vier Stockwerke hochlaufen mussten. Beim am Straßenrand geparkten Auto wurde in einer Nacht die Scheibe eingeschlagen. Die Gegend ist aber grundsätzlich ok.

La proximité du métro, l’aménagement spacieux et lumineux, le calme, le confort et la climatisation.

L’appartement est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur mais il semblerait que des travaux vont être faits pour y remédier. Il manquait quelques équipements dans la cuisine.

Agradecemos la recepción y la ayuda recibida por parte del anfitrión, Alessio, y su ayudante. Fueron muy atentos. Alessio nos obsequió muy amablemente con un pequeño detalle en compensación por la falta de ascensor (al parecer lo instalarán en breve; de hecho hay otras obras de mejora del edificio muy avanzadas). Fueron muy útiles sus consejos e información para aparcar gratis muy cerca y movernos en metro. Alessio nos informó previamente de posibles inconvenientes (algo que todos los anfitriones de Booking.com deberían hacer y a veces se echa en falta).

Todo dentro de lo esperado.

Apartment was very spacious, bathroom had everything you needed and shower provided both hot and cold water. We went during extreme heat and the AC definitely made it nice and cool whilst inside the room. The location of the apartment was very good to you've 2 supermarkets within a 3min walk from the apartment so you can get any essentials with ease, some great local Italian food spots nearby too and the nearest metro station is Tiburtina which is only a 5 min walk away from the apartment and you can easily reach most attractions which you may want to see whilst in Rome. Alessio is a very warming host who explained everything really clearly and answered any questions we may have. He was also available to contact at any moment during our stay whether we required it which was really nice.
