Lovely apartment located close to the river with brilliant views of the city and great building amenities

Location is great and the rooftop hot tub, pool & sauna were lovely and super quiet. View from the apartment is also stunning perfect for a little weekend getaway. Room is spacious for 2 people.

It would have been handy to have some cleaning / kitchen products (dishwasher sponge, pepper or oil) also a mirror other than the bathroom.

From the beginning it was clear that the owner was just trying to extort money out of her guest. I asked for an early check-in. I was asked to pay $20 to check in one hour early. Yet when I asked for help, eg how to get off at the lift at a certain floor I ended up contacting the Building Manager because owner never responded. Place has mould growing in bathroom too The place was fine although a long way to walk from the time you pick up your keys with all your luggage down Chapel Street to the actual apartment
