Manglende gæste bog med nyttige oplysninger ( hospital/læge/politi/strand/ indkøb/ restaurant) Manglende køkken redskaber/ så som knive/ proptrækker/ plader til ovnen/vinglas/grillen var ikke ren gjort/ Problemer med wifi

Lovely kitchen and master bedroom . The pool was lovely But down the side of property was dog poo which is unacceptable with a 2 year old

The 2 ground floor bedrooms had no aircon so ended up sleeping on the sofa in the living room as unbearable hot in the bedrooms. One bedroom had hideaway twin beds when the pictures on booking .com advertised 2 single beds . It was more like an office than a bedroom with no nice decor. The other downstairs bedroom was very basic with metal fold up chairs as bedside tables! Also the en-suite was out of order too . Very cheap hard mattresses throughout. No stairgate on either stairs which was very dangerous with a 2 year old . I complained by phone call to booking .com and nothing was sorted when I was told it would be within 24hours . Very dissatisfied as this was to celebrate my 60th birthday. Hopefully I will get some sort of compensation
