Gio's Central Cosy Apartment with private balcony

Casa ampia, attrezzata bene, cucina con isola molto funzionale. Fornita di tutto il necessario (piatti, stoviglie, sapone, asciugamani). Parcheggio auto sotto casa comodissimo. Strada tranquilla a 5 minuti da un fornitore supermercato, a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Chania (bellissimo) e 10 minuti dal lungomare (lato ovest)

Exceptional place! Traveled with my family of four (2 teenagers, husband and I) Location was perfect. Supermarket super quick walk, Afterlife gym around the corner, quick walk to main street and old town. Everything was very close to walk to, shopping, historical sites, etc. When we didn't feel like driving to a beach, it was nice to have a beach we could walk to, Nea Chora beach. Parking spot was great and super convenient. This is crucial since parking is hard to find and expensive. The apartment was great, had all amenities we needed. Very clean and tidy. We loved the space it provided. The hosts were also great. Quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, i would highly recommend Gio"s place. I would rent again. You won't regret renting this place.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολυ άνετο , ολοκαίνουργιο και πληρως εξοπλισμένο για τη διαμονή μας (τετραμελής οικογένεια). Είμαστε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο και το παλιό λιμάνι και είχαμε δική μας θέση πάρκινγκ στην πυλωτη . Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος και ευγενικός.

Όλα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένα !! Αλλά και όταν χρειαστήκαμε κάτι ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και μας το παρείχε. Οπότε δεν έχω να προσθέσω κάτι αρνητικό . Θα χαρώ να ξαναέρθω στα Χανιά και να μείνω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

Such a lovely central apartment in Chania. Perfect location, very close walking distance to the beach and the center of the city. Nice market in front of the entrance door cross the street. The apartment is huge, modern, clean and very comfortable. Super air conditioners in the rooms, which is very important for Crete :) Absolutely everything included, the owner left everything can be needed including umbrella for the beach. There was even games and a lot of movies. Feels like home. Modern useful pretty kitchen spot. Super comfortable bed for the parents and the kids love the bunk bed. Our favorite spot was the huge balcony with such a cute spice rack. There is also a parking place included. Very useful and wonderful stay for family travels. Great price/quality. Super easy access to keys no matter what time you arrive in the night. Very kind and helpful host George, responsible 24 hours. Highly recommended. Great vacation place. One of the best apartments we have visited.
