I'll give you the good & the minor bad things, exclusively from my point of view of course:
The location is great, situated in the center of Ubud, and thus rather close to everything.
The place is kept clean. There's a common area next to the dorm, meant for socializing and relaxing, which likewise is clean, with water refill as well as coffee and tea ad libitum.
It's a 10 dorm, as stated in their description, kept pleasantly cool with A/C.
Minor Peeves:
There's only 1 shower room and 1 toilet ti share for all 10 people in the room, meaning you might have to wait quite a bit in the morning to actually use the facilities. Moreover, and in my opinion even worse, is that both the shower and toilet is ensuite (within the dorm) and thus there's a lot of noise from showers being taking, bathroom visits and washing of hands in the sink that is in the dorm room itself, meaning that the otherwise quiet dorm is being disturbed by all sounds coming from the bathroom area everytime there's a visitor to the facilities.
In other words, I prefer bathrooms being separated from dorm rooms, but I guess they can't really renovate premises by now.

Nice staffs, Bli Gede and restaurant staffs, clean room. They have water refill. And tea and coffee in common room. Strategic location. Good breakfast in the restaurant for the cheap price. Coudn’t ask for more. Thank you

The only complaint is that it is not easy to find some one that works there to ask stuff. Guest should be given a contact number.

The guy who is cleaning over there extremely nice and warm. Bless his heart he working so much!
The hostel is really nice and clean, I spent there 1 week after 6 months all the time traveling it’s felt so good be in one place and rest.
