    Everything about the hotel was favourable. Location is slightly away from hustle & bustle. Just a short taxi ride & we are back at the tourist epicentre. Good value for money!

    The good: 1. Hotel design and look, room and specifically the bathroom and shower 2. Solid breakfast 3. Women at reception Areas to improve: 1. Slippery floor where pool and spa is 2. Staff barely present at pool floor, and needing to go up to reception with robe when there are issues (for example they forgot to turn on the sauna) 3. Descaling showerheads both in rooms and pool. MUST! 4. No one told us about the omelette option in breakfast 5. On checkin no one explained anything about hotel, facilities and wifi other than saying breakfast hours

    We had a great stay here! The rooms are a nice size and felt very cozy, which was perfect after a day of exploring. The heated indoor pool was definitely the highlight—just a heads-up to remember your swimwear! While the view from the window wasn't much to look at, the location is fantastic and very close to the downtown area. Don't miss the charming library in the lobby; it adds a really cool touch to the hotel's atmosphere.

    وصلنا الفندق كانت الغرفه مكتومة طلبنا نغيرها لان شكلها ما انفتحت من زمان الغرفه قالو هذا الموجود واكتفو انهم رشو معطر بالغرفه فقط والبانيو كان مسدود مافيه تصريف زين للمويه ونفس الشي مالقينا تجاوب خساره على فندق ٥ نجوم تكون. هذي المعامله وهذي الملاحظات موجوده
