    This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue was the reception staff. I felt that guests were treated differently based on their nationality. As an Egyptian, I experienced a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. What made it even worse was that their behavior changed completely after I showed a different passport. No guest should feel that the level of respect they receive depends on their nationality. Another very disturbing experience involved the pool staff. I witnessed members of the staff using their phones to take photos and videos of female guests while zooming in on their bodies. I overheard them talking about what they were filming, and when they noticed I had seen them, they immediately closed their phones. This behavior was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about guests’ privacy and safety. I also witnessed some members of the staff behaving inappropriately toward female guests by touching them while joking and laughing, as if it were harmless fun. In my opinion, this crossed professional boundaries and amounted to harassment rather than hospitality. The food was another major disappointment. It lacked flavor, the quality was extremely poor, and many dishes were simply inedible. It was honestly some of the worst hotel food I have experienced. The hotel itself is clean, and the beach is beautiful. Unfortunately, those are the only positives. Apart from enjoying the beach and the sun, there is very little to do. The entertainment and activities are dull, repetitive, and not what you would expect from a resort. The aqua park deserves no more than 1 out of 5. It is very small, underwhelming, and certainly not a reason to book this hotel. Overall, despite the clean rooms and beautiful beach, the poor food, disappointing entertainment, and what I experienced as discriminatory treatment by the reception staff completely ruined my stay. The behavior I witnessed from some members of the pool staff regarding female guests was even more concerning. I would not return and would not recommend this resort to anyone.

    Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing with a good variety of options. However, the bar is quite weak, and the animation team needs significant improvement as the entertainment programs are repetitive and boring.

    They advertise many things but actually there is nothing.. Restaurants food is very cheap ..even fruits are only apple , orange and sweetmelon . Fresh juice is limited to orange at breakfast and runs out. You have only soda as a choice all day and alcohol if you drink . Food quality is average. Jacuzzi at the pool by reservation at certain hours which you never catch . The nice boothes at sea and pool few and all day reserved by towels not people mostly . Events boring. 2 slides for children and 2 for grown ups ...they sample everything and not enough...spa expensive . They kick everyone out by 4 30 from children pool and 6 30 from sea . Bouffe timing makes it like a job and snacks not something you eat at home like processed meat . Really a waste of my vacation.
