    Location is good, not fancy, but breakfast is good. Their staffs are very good, patient and helpful.

    The place was great. However, below are few things any travelers need to know. 1. Water pressure and hot was bearly working. 2. They charge additional money at the time of check in. 3. Be sure to ask back all your IDs etc. The guy at the counter forgot to return my passport.

    I stayed at the Filatelia Suites on a trip to Quito and it was perfect. Great location in Mariscal near restaurants, shops, and transit. My room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The WiFi worked very well. The staff were all incredible helpful, kind, and professional. I highly recommend and would certainly return!
