    The hotel offers clean and well-maintained facilities with many essential amenities provided in the room. Good value for money overall. It is not located near any metro station despite being quite centrally located.

    Our stay was an absolute nightmare. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, it felt more like a one-star apartment. The shower did not drain properly, the room was smelly, run-down and dirty, and the shower was covered in mould. We booked a suite with two rooms, yet the bathroom had no door at all, offering zero privacy. Eventually, we were moved to two separate rooms, but one of them had a blocked toilet and another mouldy shower. While the staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely tried to help, the fundamental issues with the property cannot be overlooked. Small gestures and token gifts do not compensate for the time and stress spent changing rooms, repeatedly complaining, and dealing with basic maintenance problems. The experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the money paid. I would also strongly advise against booking through Agoda, as there was no effective customer support to assist with refunds or relocation to another hotel.

    We stayed in the family room consists of 2 single bed and 1 queen bed in Dec 2025. This is probably one of the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I found mold in the shower. The shower head is faulty and doesnt hold well. There is no privacy — the shower wall is transparent and this was a disaster as we were all adult. It winter and the central heater is switched on. Our room is overheating like a sauna and we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. The hotel staff claimed that it all the same in Shanghai (I doubt his word). We had to resort opening the window throughout the night allowing the cold air in. The condition of the room isn’t great either, feels cheap and things is breaking apart (wall is coming off etc) Otherwise, Hotel staff were decent, smooth check in and -out. Overall would not recommend to anyone unless your budget is tight.
