Our room had an spectacular view of the Pearl Tower ( Thank you Jason) . Fantastic breakfast and facilities. We really enjoyed our stay. If you want a better view of the Pearl tower choose a spectacular room or a fantastic room with a king bed over the twin room , as the king rooms are more in a central position looking towards the Pearl Tower.

Our stay at W Shanghai The Bund was absolutely wonderful, and the service truly made our birthday trip extra special. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, early check-in, and late check-out, which made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxing. Everyone we interacted with spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless. The thoughtful birthday touches were the sweetest part. The hotel surprised me with a beautiful little cake and a handwritten birthday note. It was such a personal gesture and made me feel genuinely celebrated. We were also given a lovely bag tag as a parting gift, which was such a cute way to end our stay. The breakfast deserves a special mention too. There was an impressive variety of choices, from local favorites to international options, with plenty to enjoy. Breakfast was definitely worth adding to the stay, especially considering the quality and selection. W Shanghai The Bund is definitely a splurge, but for us, the experience made it worthwhile. The beautiful property was one thing, but the genuine hospitality was what stood out most. The team made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated throughout our stay. We had such a memorable time and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shanghai. Thank you to the entire W Shanghai The Bund team for making my birthday stay so special! ❤️
