    Ideal for taking train early in the morning. Convenient to take metro. Spacious suite with two separate toilets on their own and one separate bath on its own (with tub). Two single beds on lower floor and a big queen bed upper floor. Having a washing machine in room was great. Daily housekeeping was good but inconsistent. We encountered a few issues. Water was leaking from air conditioning vents. Noise from hallway and from neighbouring rooms could be heard e.g. kids screaming and playing. Non smoking policy not enforced. With central air conditioning, strong cigarette odour circulated to our suite. Overall, beds were comfortable. We could sleep well despite the issues.

    Very spacious room with a good unobstructed window view. clean & comfortable, complete with washing facility. good spread of breakfast. within walking distance to train stations.

    Spacious hotel near to suzhou station which marks the conveniency to ride mrt and trains. No complaint, except for the motorbikes are parked fully near the hotels.

    The road from the railway station to the hotel was poorly maintained and had many motorbikes blocking the pavement, making it extremely difficult to drag the luggage to the hotel. Room layout feels more like a service apartment, but poorly maintained. Imagine peeling paint, stuffy wardrobe and power plugs that did not work. Staff service was acceptable.
