Hotel Ajda Depandance Prekmurska Vas - Terme 3000 - Sava Hotels & Resorts

Celý areál je skvělý, domečky čisté a útulné. Na jídlo jsme chodili do hotelu Termal a moc jsme si pochutnali. Široký výběr bazénů, jak teplá, tak osvěžující voda.

We celebrated our child's birthday and chose these bungalows. The upgrade and welcome drinks were a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, parking was nearby, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you to the staff for everything!

The manager of the restaurant where dinners and breakfasts are held was rude on the evening of June 8th. When we asked how to order drinks, he started to force us to sit at the table and wait for the waiter in a raised voice. We said that we understood, thank you, and wanted to choose food first, but then he started waving his hands for us to go to the table and wait for the waiter and said something else in Slovenian (apparently swearing). This is unacceptable. The apartment wasn't very clean, there was hair on the bed linen and trash on the floor in places. It would be nice to leave welcome capsules for the coffee machine, we brought our own but they were from a different brand and did not fit in this coffee machine

Doručak i večera su zadovoljavajući i dosta bogat, ali ništa posebno. Čistoća i vanjska uređenost kompleksa je isto na visokoj razini. Broj bazena i sadržaja je dosta dobar.

Održavanje unutrašnjih i posebno vanjskih bazena bi moglo biti puno bolje obzirom na cijenu smještaja. Nažalost, nisu radile sve atrakcije Terme 3000 pa se osjećamo zakinuti. Pored toga, bili smo smješteni u Depadansama hotela Ajda i očekivali smo obroke (večera i doručak) u Hotelu Ajda, Nažalost, morali smo jesti u Hotelu Termal gdje je ponuda i kvaliteta hrane ipak lošija nago u Hotelu Ajda. Ipak, preporuka je da se ipak dođe u Moravske Toplice i koriste usluge Sava Hotels Terme 3000.

The bungalows are really spacious, well equiped and with nice terrace

It feels like an old old pensionate with a lot of old people who are not really nice. The breakfast are very poor and crowded with hardly walking old people. The swimming pools are very old also
