I liked the pool, the convenient location close to Murska Sobota, and the spacious room.
Breakfast was quite crowded, and we had to stick to the exact breakfast time arranged in advance, which felt unusual for a five-star hotel. When I asked for a regular cappuccino, the waitress replied rather unfriendly that I should go to the bar and buy one there. This is not something I would expect from a five-star hotel, especially at this price level.

The room was amazing, plus the added balcony really made the scenery become one of the highlights of the trip. The food was amazing and the staff were super nice. It wasn't super crowded either to bathing and sunbathing was a super fun and calm experience. It was just amazing overall :)

It’s the small things that made our trip unpleasant - very rude bartender at the aperitive bar, facilities are aged and need renovation, dead bees all over the balcony, dinner choices are basic, at the breakfast the hazelnut spread is some kind of cheap thing - why are you saving on nutella?! This place is supposed be a 5* hotel, it’s far from it.. don’t have high expectations. We visited Rikli Balance in Bled which is the same chain, why is it far more nice and have better dining options if they are 4*? We chose this place to have an aquapark trip on our honeymoon because we love the slides, and while the Terme 3000 was great, the overall experience left us feeling dissatisfied.
