Apartments Terme Sveti Martin

The renovated apartments are excellent, and the dining experience at the large restaurant near the pool exceeded our expectations with its delicious and diverse menu. The hospitality is outstanding, and our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy it all.

The temperature in the pool area could have been a bit higher for a more comfortable experience.

Location, space, food

The maintainance of the building and of the appartment. Tap is leaking water and wooden cabinet is demolished. 2 doors in the kitchen need to be fixed, etc.

Great location, close to spa facilities and pools. Parking in front of the room.

Outdated furniture- but clean and still cozy

Food The food is acceptable—they serve healthy options with a reasonable amount of variety. However, I have to say that the taste is not excellent. For example, the pasta sauce tasted more like a diluted tomato soup than an actual pasta sauce. The noodles and rice were overcooked and lacked texture. The salad corner became repetitive after five days, with limited variety. The way the meat was prepared and cooked did not meet my standards. Additionally, I found the serving utensils unhygienic—hundreds of people use the same serving spoon, and it made me uncomfortable; I felt like bringing my own. Some guests also lacked basic hygiene and manners. One boy, for instance, sneezed in front of the dessert table—very unpleasant. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is excellent. No complaints there. Breakfast The breakfast lacks variety and is the same every day. Please also refer to my comments above regarding overall food quality and hygiene.

Buffet Restaurant The buffet restaurant could definitely be improved. The food should be prepared with more care and attention to quality. I understand that there are many guests, but with better organization, things can run more smoothly. For example, guests could be asked to choose a specific time slot for their meals—similar to how it works in regular restaurants. This would reduce crowding and allow for a more relaxed dining experience. It would also ease the pressure on staff, who currently have to rush to clean tables between waves of guests.
