This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Nestled in the mountains, it was the perfect distance to the lakes for ice fishing. The hot tub was amazing, especially in the evenings, and the cabin itself was comfortable and well-equipped. Peaceful, scenic, and incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

We stayed here for my little bachelorette weekend before I get married in 45 days and enjoyed the views, hot tub and house overall. Kristi and Joe were super helpful with any issues or questions we had during our stay. The beds were very comfortable as well.I ended up leaving some items there and they were so kind to ship them to me. Breckenridge is only a 30 minute drive too!

We had a nice stay here. The land is beautiful, great mix of open space, pines, and aspens. Plenty of room for the dog to run without being close to any neighbors. Great view from the upstairs balcony and the gazebo, we also enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked (which is good because dining is very limited in Fairplay).
