Unfortunately we accidentally left the key in apartment and were locked in the corridor and were unable to get any help from Airkeeper except to be told to get a locksmith even though they couldn’t tell us how we were going to get access for the locksmith to get into the building. Fortunately there was 1 other person staying on our floor (who eventually came home)who helped get down to the foyer after more than 1.5 hrs locked in the corridor. It is an incredibly serious and dangerous situation that there was no spare key or and help available. You could have a major situation on your hands if someone who was locked in the corridor was prone to a serious medical condition or was prone to panic attacks. This situation needs to be reviewed.

What a great location among a range of eateries and shops, and only a short walk to the Canberra Centre. Well equipped, modern apartment with secure undercover parking. So nice to have a balcony off the lounge and main bedroom areas for natural light and breeze. We would definately stay again.

The property was great, however the process of getting keys was so difficult. The property also advertises parking, but the parking was not available and I had to park and walk 20 mins away.
