The property itself is a 24-unit condo complex that uniquely straddles an arroyo (dry river bed). It runs with water after a rain or snow melt and is a wildlife corridor. Enjoy mornings and evenings on the private, enclosed patio while listening to the birds.

El Nido was the perfect place for us to stay a week in Sedona. It was clean and cosy. We enjoyed the patio out front every evening. A great stay.

This was a lovely condo-cozy and serene! It was very clean and well cared for! The kitchen was fully equipped. The location in West Sedona was perfect—-close to many restaurants and shops but away from the major traffic of Uptown Sedona.

This property was very quiet but still very close to the hustle bustle of Sedona. Many restaurants, shops are within walking distance. It was very comfortable, but it is dated.
